- 6 cups vegan marshmallows
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
- ½ tsp salt
- Red food coloring
- Prepare a double boiler by bringing 1/2 cup of water to a simmer in a small pot. Place a heatproof bowl over it.
- In the bowl, combine the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows. Whisk continuously until melted and smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
- Carefully remove the bowl from heat; stir in salt and red food coloring until well mixed.
- In a large mixing bowl, add Rice Bubbles. Pour the melted mixture over them, stirring until evenly coated.
