  • 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup jam)
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar (or powdered Erythritol)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry compote if using homemade; let it cool. Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar until well combined.
  3. In glasses or jars, layer a few tablespoons of granola followed by sliced strawberries and yogurt mixture. Top with strawberry compote.
  4. Repeat the layers once more. Garnish with halved strawberries on top.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying.
