  • 2 medium zucchini (cubed)
  • 4 fully cooked chicken sausages (sliced into circles)
  • 1 onion (cut into pieces)
  • 1 bell pepper (cut into pieces)
  • 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken sausage to the skillet and sauté until browned, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil along with zucchini, onion, and bell pepper. Season with garlic powder, oregano, basil, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Cook until vegetables are nearly tender.
  4. Return the sausage to the skillet along with minced garlic. Stir well and cover for a few minutes to meld flavors.
