  • 1 cup clover honey

  • 1 tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup sour cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and clover honey until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and vinegar.
  4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.

  6. For frosting, combine thawed Cool Whip and sour cream until smooth.
  7. Layer the cooled cake with frosting in between each layer and on top.
