  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Spray a bundt pan generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve the icing for later.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix together granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them, then repeat with remaining pieces and mixture.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice over the top.
