  • 170 grams pumpkin puree
  • 200 grams all-purpose flour

  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small springform pan (20-22 cm).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar until frothy. Add coconut oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract; mix briefly.
