  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 egg (beaten) for brushing
  • Powdered Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles (3 inches by 6 inches).
  3. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and ground cloves until well blended.
