  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion cream cheese spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until well combined.
  2. Lay a double layer of cling wrap on your counter.
  3. Sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar onto the cling wrap for the base.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the center and cover it with remaining cheddar.
  5. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape and secure with thick rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. Remove rubber bands, top with the bell pepper stem, and serve with crackers.
