  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed but still cold)
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon milk (optional for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into triangles.
  3. Place 1/2 tablespoon of Nutella at the wide end of each triangle and spread slightly.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end towards the point, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Arrange rolled croissants on a lined baking sheet and brush tops with milk if desired.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
