  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • Olive oil for searing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat an oven-safe skillet with oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Create pockets in each chicken breast and fill them with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with turkey bacon and secure if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
