  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Pour remaining marinade over the fillets and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving; drizzle with sauce from the baking dish.
