Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey mustard, sour cream, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
