  • 1 Tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; toss with olive oil.
