  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
  2. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and half of the grated Parmesan over the sauce.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one long side and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Arrange the slices in a greased baking dish snugly.
  6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan; brush this mixture over each roll.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
