  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup instant tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Roll out half of the dough into a circle and place it in a glass pie plate. Roll out the remaining dough for the top crust.
