  • ½ cup fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oranges by simmering them in water for an hour, then blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine blended oranges, honey, eggs, almond flour, ground pistachios, baking soda, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the glaze, simmer honey and orange juice until reduced by half; cool before applying to the cake once baked.
