  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Place tofu and broccoli on the sheet pan; drizzle with marinade and toss gently to coat.
