  • 13.5 fl oz full-fat coconut milk

  1. Cook tapioca pearls: Boil 5 cups of water in a medium pot, add tapioca pearls, reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and soak for an additional 10-15 minutes until translucent.
  2. Rinse tapioca: Strain the cooked tapioca with a fine mesh sieve and rinse under cold water until cool.
  3. Combine coconut milk: Mix canned coconut milk with a fork and pour it over the strained tapioca in a large bowl.
  4. Blend strawberries: In a blender, blend 17.6 oz of hulled strawberries with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Mix everything: Add blended strawberry mixture to the bowl of tapioca and coconut milk; stir until combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
