  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra chopped green onions
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
