  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons white onion (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with dill pickle juice and let sit for 5 minutes before draining again.
