  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the butternut squash, cut it in half, remove seeds, and cube into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed squash, cranberries, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Toss to coat evenly.
