  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 12 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 8 oz turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop turkey bacon and mince garlic.
  2. In the crockpot, combine chicken breasts, cream cheese, minced garlic, ranch seasoning, butter, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–7 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  5. Stir in cooked turkey bacon and shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot over rice or in sandwiches.
