  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
