  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss blueberries with 2 Tbsp of flour in a bowl to prevent sinking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, mix remaining flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the floured blueberries gently.
  6. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow loaves to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
