  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
