  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Spices: ground cumin, smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine chicken and marinade made from ketchup, brown sugar, citrus juices/zests, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, spices. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
