  • 6 large croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 12 thin slices of deli chicken
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the bottom halves of the sliced croissants in a baking dish.
  2. Layer each croissant bottom with two slices of chicken and two slices of Swiss cheese. Replace the tops on each croissant.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, and Dijon mustard. Brush this mixture over the tops of each croissant and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted. If necessary, cover with foil to prevent over-browning.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
