  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground turkey (seasoned)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (drained if canned)
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange mini tortilla cups on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 cup of ground turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, mix well, and set aside.
  3. Spoon the cooked turkey into each tortilla cup until halfway full. Top generously with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then top each cup with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro.
