  • 1 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
