  • 5 packets Alpine spiced apple cider mix (NOT sugar free)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour (stir, spoon & level)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, and apple cider mix using an electric mixer until well combined. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in caramel bits and scoop dough onto prepared sheets about 3 inches apart.
