  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 18 fun size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed, 3 chopped for garnish)
  • 1¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cereal and stir gently to coat.
  5. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger bars until evenly distributed.
  6. Either sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture or place it in a large ziplock bag with powdered sugar and shake to coat.
