  • 2 bottles (750ml each) dry rosé apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice strawberries into quarters; keep other berries whole.
  2. In a pitcher, combine rosé apple vinegar and apple juice.
  3. Add honey or simple syrup along with fresh lemon juice; stir until well mixed.
  4. Gently incorporate all prepared fruits into the pitcher.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Just before serving, top off each glass with club soda.
