  • 46 slices quality turkey
  • 8 slices gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise. Layer two slices of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant, add turkey slices on top, followed by another slice of cheese.
