- 6 slices smoked turkey
- 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone)
- 1–2 tsp Dijon mustard or aioli
- 1 tbsp melted butter or egg wash

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice croissants in half lengthwise or roll out crescent dough as per package instructions.
- Layer each croissant half with one slice of smoked turkey and one slice of cheese. Spread Dijon mustard or aioli if desired.
- Close the croissant halves back together and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter or egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 8–16 minutes depending on whether using pre-baked croissants or crescent dough until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
