  • 6 croissants or 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices smoked turkey
  • 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone)
  • 12 tsp Dijon mustard or aioli
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or egg wash
  • spinach
  • tomato slices
  • caramelized onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice croissants in half lengthwise or roll out crescent dough as per package instructions.
  3. Layer each croissant half with one slice of smoked turkey and one slice of cheese. Spread Dijon mustard or aioli if desired.
  4. Close the croissant halves back together and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter or egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 8–16 minutes depending on whether using pre-baked croissants or crescent dough until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
