  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 slices deli chicken
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and mix in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Brush the inside of each croissant with the butter mixture.
  5. Layer each croissant with 2 slices of chicken followed by Swiss and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Arrange croissants on the baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
